Eagle View Chalet is a beautiful and lovingly cared for three-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet just before the corner of Fairways and Mountainview with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The ground level features a 2-car garage with room for ski storage or biking storage, a large mudroom, and the main entrance to the home.

The second level features the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, the second and third bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom and a half bathroom (AKA powder room). This level also has the insuite laundry facilities (washer/dryer and ironing board).

Off of the main living area is a huge and spacious wraparound deck with access to the propane barbeque, the large private hot tub, and unbelievable views of the Burfield, Sundance and Sunburst mountains and runs! The wraparound deck can be accessed from the dining area, living area, and the second and third bedrooms. The living area has plenty of seating for entertaining, and is open concept the dining area and kitchen. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen features high end appliances, granite counter tops, and practically screams "luxury"!

The third and top level of this home features the master bedroom (which has an ensuite bathroom, seating area, and private balcony), a full bathroom that features a bathtub and hand shower, and the awesome family room that has a cheetah-print pool table, a poker table, and a huge L-shaped couch surrounding a flatscreen TV.

This home features a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a king bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk (queen on the bottom and single on top) and a set of bunkbeds in the third bedroom, and a sofabed in the family room.

This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and room for 1 vehicle outside of the garage.

There is a full-time tenant in the suite. They have a separate entrance and there are no shared spaces besides the driveway.

Fairways Drive is one of the original roadways built to support the growing demand for chalet homes at Sun Peaks. Located right along the base of Mt Morrisey, most homes feature beautiful views of Morrisey and Mt Tod and those along Morrisey will also likely offer ski-in opportunities via the Fairways Ski-Back cutoff.

Fairways Drive stretches from just below the village, at the top of The Peaks complex, to just before the start of Burfield Drive, so the walking distance to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts in the main village, or the Burfield chairlift at the base of the resort, depend on where your property is located on this street.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:Individual ski-in/ski-out information for properties we manage on Fairways Drive will be published on the property's listing directly as each home's location is unique. Most properties on Fairways Drive will be ski-in by using the Fairways Ski-Back cut-off, which can be reached from various green/blue/black runs.

The house is great! Our kids had an absolute blast in this space. We booked this house in the anticipation of just hanging out and spending quality time with our kids and it was the absolute perfect space for doing so. We brought our own board games and gaming counsels and we had so much fun just hanging out up stairs in the games/family room. The beds were comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. The house its self is also very private even considering that all the other house are very close in proximity. Great views in a great neighborhood!

Great place to stay. The layout was perfect for multiple couples. The pool /video room was an added touch as well as the fireplace in the master bedroom.. the Jacuzzi was perfect as well. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time at Eagles View Chalet. The house is huge and very cosy. I love log homes which was the reason for choosing this Chalet. It did not disappoint at all. The home has everything you need to make you feel at home, especially in the kitchen. We cooked our own meals with ease. The hot tub was an incredible way to unwind/relax after a day on the slopes. It was very clean and a great temperature. We loved the lounge room/TV room on the upper floor. It was super comfortable and the pool table ( although on a very slight lean to the left ) was lots of fun. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Heating throughout the home was fabulous, especially the floor tiles. The walk to the village is very enjoyable and it is a very easy shuttle ride from the corner of the street ( only 2 houses away ) to the lifts on ski/board days. We totally loved our stay and will definitely return to this chalet. Book it. You wont regret it!
