Echo Landing 34 is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo with a private use hot tub on the balcony overlooking Mt Morrisey and Sundance Mtn. Ski-in/ski-out from Morrisey and Orient, this location is a great option for a small family that loves to get outdoors!

The living room gives off such a relaxing vibe with a comfy couch across from the fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows and double doors leading out to the private balcony with access to the hot tub. This home features a full kitchen, a kitchen island with seating for 4, and a small dining area with seating for 3 more.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-through spacious closet, the second bedroom features two single beds, and the living room features a sofabed.


This home has up to 2 parking spaces provided. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage in front of the property.

Location Highlights

Echo Landing is one of the newest constructions in Sun Peaks with the first set of buildings completed in fall of 2019. Most of the options offered at this complex are 2- or 3-bedroom properties.

This complex features awesome views down the valley of the top of Tod Mountain, and Mt Morrisey across the way. Located approximately a 10-to-15 minute walk to the main village area, this complex is also ski-in/ski-out by way of both the Morrisey Express and new Orient Express chairlifts.The next closest complexes are Woodhaven to one side, and Settler's Crossing to the other (with Stone's Throw located just past that).

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:To ski in from the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way which leads back to the complex.To ski in from the top of Orient, take a skier's right to get on to East Village Ski Way, or, heading left, use a short section of either Czesc or Hasta La Vista to connect to East Village Ski Way.To ski out, cross the road and use the East Village Ski Way to get down to the Morrisey or Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's about a 3-5 minute walk down to these chairlifts.

We had a great stay at Echo landing 34. The place was spotless and very well appointed. We really appreciated the crisp linen on the bed. All in all it was a lovely place. One last thing..it was perfect for skiing-in and for tobogganing.
