Welcome to Village Walk 9, a beautiful, luxurious 3-bedroom plus sleeping den/3.5-bathroom townhome, with over 2,200 sq ft spread across three storeys.

There's plenty of space to spread out and feel uncrowded, but with a great open concept a group of friends or family can still feel connected no matter where they area in this awesome home.

The family chef will love the opulent kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and abundant cabinet and counter space, and you'll be the most popular host around with seating for 10 at the dining table and 4 more at the kitchen island.

The large sunken living room has a tinge of a steampunk influence from things like the gold/cream/blue colour scheme, a cool metallic chair that will remind you of a ship's bow, and a decorative propeller.

The large L-shaped seating area is the perfect place to curl up with a book where you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace, but if movies are more your speed you will love the huge flat screen TV. There's also a live edge wooden table, perfect as the perch for a family board game or puzzle.

On the ground floor level is the sleeping den that features another large flat screen TV, a foosball table, and access to your private hot tub where you can take a dip after a long day of play.

  • This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 directly outside of the garage in front of the property.

Location Highlights

Village Walk is one of the newest luxury townhouse developments in Sun Peaks. These beautiful homes are three storeys over 2,200 sq ft., with homes on the front side of the complex having a view of the Sports Complex and homes on the backside of the complex overlooking forestry and a creek. Located just a short walk from the main village by passing Kookaburra Lodge, you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts.

This complex is across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink. The next closest locations are the Kookaburra Lodge to the side, and Timberline just across the street.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:

From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler. Get on the Gentle Giant run and take the cut-off behind Cahilty Lodge. Simply cross the street to enter the complex.

To ski-out, it's a short walk past Kookaburra Lodge to the top of the village, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts (pending weather conditions).

Top of the Mountain is a fantastic property management company – all phone calls were answered, all issues (they were small) were resolved promptly and every member was courteous and friendly. Sun Peaks is a fantastic ski resort – again, friendly helpful staff and amazing scenery. I would highly recommend this resort for a family holiday!
