Altitude is one of the newer complexes constructed in Sun Peaks, completed in the winter of 2023. It's located in the far east of Sun Peaks, closest to Lookout Ridge Drive and the Powder Heights complex.

The Altitude complex features a combination of 2- and 3-bedroom condos and townhomes with great east village ski-in/ski-out.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:
For ski-in, from the top of Orient take the Orient Return run. 

For ski-out, hop on the Orient Return to get to the Orient chairlift. Across the street from the Orient chairlift is the Morrisey Express chairlift.

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us! The team at Top of the Mountain were amazing and took care of all our needs … going over and above. Our flight to Sun Peaks was delayed by 1 day, and we were immediately offered an extra night at the end for no charge. This very kind and thoughtful gesture was appreciated tremendously!!! You don’t see this level of customer service any more. The kitchen was stocked with even more spices and small appliances then we have at home. James took care of all our whims, whatever they were!..... We will definitely be back! Thank you!
