Village Walk 18 is a gorgeous, high-end corner townhome on the further end of the Village Walk complex. Luxuriously decorated to evoke a ski cabin feel, you'll be delighted with the personal touches all throughout this home!

You can enter either on the ground level to the foyer and mudroom, or go up the stairs to enter near the kitchen and dining area.The bottom floor features a large mudroom, conveniently set up for removing and storing your sports gear whether in the summer or winter seasons, as well as the fourth bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower stall. The fourth bedroom features a sofabed and a set of bunkbeds, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and through this room is your access to your private saltwater hot tub at the back of the home.

The main floor features the glamorous open-concept living room, kitchen and dining area. Off of the living room is one of your private balconies overlooking the forestry and walking trail behind the complex - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee (or apres-ski!). The kitchen has a warm and homey, rustic design, and features all stainless steel appliances. There is dining for 4 at the kitchen bar area, and dining for 6 at the main dining table.

Across from the dining area is a cute barista station with a mini-fridge, the perfect area to cool and prepare your beverages. Off of the kitchen and dining area is one of the entrances to the home, and the top landing is where the barbeque resides. That makes it convenient to go to-and-from the kitchen for the chef of the family! The main floor also has a half bathroom.

Finally, the top floor features the master bedroom, master ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom, third bedroom, and another full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub, separate glass stall shower, and a private balcony. The walk-in closet is spacious and has a sliding door for a bit of separation, so if you're traveling with a young child and have a travel crib this would be a great space for them.The second bedroom has a queen bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full bathroom on the top floor has a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom currently has a queen bed with a twin trundle bed under it.

Location Highlights

Village Walk is one of the newest luxury townhouse developments in Sun Peaks. These beautiful homes are three storeys over 2,200 sq ft., with homes on the front side of the complex having a view of the Sports Complex and homes on the backside of the complex overlooking forestry and a creek. Located just a short walk from the main village by passing Kookaburra Lodge, you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts.

This complex is across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink. The next closest locations are the Kookaburra Lodge to the side, and Timberline just across the street.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:

From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler. Get on the Gentle Giant run and take the cut-off behind Cahilty Lodge. Simply cross the street to enter the complex.

To ski-out, it's a short walk past Kookaburra Lodge to the top of the village, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts (pending weather conditions).

We had a wonderful family holiday at Sun Peaks! Top of the Mountain is a fantastic property management company – all phone calls were answered, all issues (they were small) were resolved promptly and every member was courteous and friendly. Sun Peaks is a fantastic ski resort – again, friendly helpful staff and amazing scenery. I would highly recommend this resort for a family holiday!
