Welcome to Trapper's Landing 12, a 2-bedroom plus sleeping den/2.5-bathroom, three-storey townhome just minutes from the main Sun Peaks Resort village.

The ground level has the entryway, access to the garage (with parking suitable for 1 vehicle), the in-suite laundry, and the sleeping den. The den is perfect as a hangout area for kids or teens so they can have privacy and the adults can entertain upstairs, or enjoy their own movie night.

The warm, inviting living room is a great gathering place with a cozy stone fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and has access to your private balcony where in the summer you can enjoy the outdoor furniture, and in the winter you can enjoy a view of Mt Morrisey. It's open concept to the dining area which seats 8 at the table, and the kitchen bar seats another 4.

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and lots of cupboard space. Enjoy full use of the coffeemaker or kettle to start your morning with a hot drink. Right off of the kitchen is access to your private hot tub that enjoys a view of the valley trail that runs through the complex. This floor also has a half bathroom (AKA powder room).

Heading upstairs to the top level you will find the master bedroom, which includes both an ensuite bathroom and another private balcony, and the second bedroom that also has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have TVs.

  • This property is pet friendly. It allows up to 2 dogs, OR 2 cats, OR 1 dog and 1 cat.

Location Highlights

Trapper's Landing is a large complex with townhomes ideal for family holidays. Located just a short 5 - 7 minute walk to the main village, this location is a great option if you want to have a bit of distance from the hustle and bustle but still be close enough to walk to the day lodge and main lifts. The secondary entrance to the complex is just across from the new Orient Express chairlift for a convenient way to start your day! Across the street from the complex, by the Skier Underpass, is an entrance to the valley trail which runs along hole 17 of the golf course and will lead you to the main village. The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest beside, and McGillivray Creek across the street.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:
From the top of Sundance, take any run that leads to the Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you to the back of the complex.

To ski out, use the Mt Morrisey Connector to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chiarlifts.

Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail across the street to the Orient Express, or follow it down to the Sunburst and Sundance Express chairlifts.

Top of the Mountain is a fantastic property management company – all phone calls were answered, all issues (they were small) were resolved promptly and every member was courteous and friendly. Sun Peaks is a fantastic ski resort – again, friendly helpful staff and amazing scenery. I would highly recommend this resort for a family holiday!
